ThaiCoconut Gallery (β€œwe”, β€œus”) sells skincare products online in Bangladesh. This page explains what information we collect when you browse or order from our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

  • Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, district and any note you add, so we can confirm and deliver your order.
  • Browsing activity: pages and products you view, searches, items added to your cart or wishlist, and whether you place an order, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Device information: your IP address, browser type and the page that referred you to us.

Payment: cash on delivery

We take payment in cash when your order is delivered. We do not collect or store any card or bank details on this website.

How we use your information

  • To confirm, prepare, deliver and support your order, including calling you.
  • To keep the website secure and to detect fake or fraudulent orders.
  • To understand how the store is used and to improve it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising (see below).

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use the following services to measure how people use our website and how well our advertising performs:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits, product views and orders.
  • Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the results of ads shown on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to relevant people.
  • Google Ads, where we run Google campaigns, to measure completed orders.

Some of this measurement is sent from our own server through a server-side tagging service, in addition to your browser. When you place an order, your phone number, first name and district may be sent to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the order to an ad interaction. We do not send your street address or order note to Meta or Google for advertising. These services may set cookies such as _fbp, _fbc and Google Analytics cookies on your device.

You can limit this by blocking cookies in your browser, using your Facebook and Google ad settings, or contacting us using the details below.

Sharing your information

We share information only with delivery partners who need it to deliver your order, and with the service providers named above. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to run our business, handle returns and meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.
